Terms and Conditions (GTC)

With receipt of your deposit of 500 € per apartment within 10 days, your reservation is binding. You will receive your reservation confirmation from us.

In the event of late arrival or early departure, the apartment will be charged for the full booked period.

Underage guests traveling alone will only be accepted with the consent of their legal guardians

(Confirmation in writing or by email).

On the day of arrival you can move into your holiday apartment from 3 p.m. We ask you to arrive no later than 8 p.m. (later arrivals must be communicated in writing or by telephone).

On the day of departure we ask you to vacate the room by 10 a.m. The settlement of the apartment takes place on the evening before your departure.

Suitcase transport to and from the car park is free of charge, but can only be carried out outside of the lift operating times (after 4 p.m.).

You can only pay for your apartment in cash. Unfortunately, we cannot accept credit cards.

For the rest, the Austrian hotel contract conditions (ÖHVB) apply. A deposit is not always mandatory when booking online.
